Jeff Sullivan

Chief Visibility Officer

Totality Business Solutions was founded and is led by Jeff Sullivan, a veteran of the Armed Forces, and a 20 year veteran of business and marketing. Jeff graduated from Cornell University, where he majored in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering, and has applied the process improvement and perfection, and optimization strategies aspects of that major throughout his career. As a Naval Aviator in his flying, as Quality Assurance Officer and Safety Officer, in his personally held real estate businesses, and in his subsequent ministry work as a member of Williamsburg Christian Academy's staff, Jeff has excelled at getting products in front of customers- and in a way that convinced most of those customers that they were dealing with a much larger and more organized entity,  viewed as a trusted provider. 

In Totality he has created a stand alone business to bring that emphasis on process development and optimization to the marketing and business operations aspects of small businesses in his community and beyond. He has seen firsthand dozens of companies that offer simply amazing products or services, yet lack the fundamental aspects of brand, digital strategy and operational flow that take good businesses that do great things, and transform them into phenomenal businesses that do incredible things.
